As strategists and consultants, we research the market place and find opportunities to promote any company and its services to the most influential market players, and to develop the company's image beyond that achieved by simple public relations.

We also work to investigate potential market opportunity, and to uncover possible contracts or tenders which might otherwise be unknown to our clients.

As a helpful resource at your disposal virtually 24-hours a day, our job is also to network on behalf of the client within the telecommunications industry to uncover potential advantages, and to reveal what the company's main competitors are doing, for example. We can act as an extra pair of eyes and ears in the business environment, and help keep you abreast of important events and developments.

For example, within our partnership we have more than 30 years professional experience in the global IT industry. This has included high level involvement in telecommunications, banking, insurance, finance, retail, power, logistics, manufacturing and educational environments.

In addition we have 15 years exposure with the dominant telecommunications organisation in Australia and in several Asian countries. We also work closely here with the academic environment and have been involved in implementation of ICT concepts, business strategies, company re-engineering, marketing and operational performance measurements, executive management and as a provider of new thinking concepts associated with modern business practices.

Our 20 years of business exposure in Thailand encompasses direct involvement with state enterprises and private organisations, and we have participated in IT and business audits including Y2K efforts and IT Master Plan development for both government and private organisations.

Our consultants have also provided arbitration advice on a number of World Bank funded projects in conjunction with the Lands Department and the Lands Valuation Authority.

Our consultants have been advisors and project directors for the leading telecommunications authority here, and our staff have been invited to participate in several government working groups.

E-solutions, ERP and EIS projects.
